MULTI-ROOM & OUTDOOR AUDIO
Your music. Throughout your home.
Multi-room and outdoor audio installation
Peninsula Smart Home Automation designs and installs music systems for homes, gardens and outdoor entertaining spaces across the Mornington Peninsula, Bayside and Melbourne.
From one listening area to a complete property, we create systems that balance sound quality, coverage and straightforward control.
Independent rooms or music together
Listen to different music in different rooms, or group selected areas for entertaining.
We plan audio zones around how the property is used, with suitable speaker placement, amplification and volume control for each space.
Depending on the system, music can be selected through an app, touchscreen, wall control or compatible remote.
Speakers that suit the space
The right solution considers appearance as well as performance.
Options can include in-ceiling and in-wall speakers, bookshelf or floorstanding speakers, soundbars and subwoofers. Selection depends on the room, listening position, preferred sound and interior design.
We also plan equipment locations, cabling and network requirements so the system has the infrastructure it needs.
Outdoor sound, thoughtfully placed
Outdoor audio needs a different approach from indoor listening.
We assess entertaining areas, garden layout, listening distances and neighbouring properties. Speaker positioning and separate volume zones help concentrate sound where it is wanted.
Suitable systems can include architectural outdoor speakers, landscape speakers and outdoor subwoofers, selected for their installation conditions.
Standalone audio or smart-home integration
You can enjoy multi-room music without a complete home automation system.
For integrated homes, audio can also work with lighting and other selected functions. An Entertain scene might prepare the garden lighting and start music in nominated areas.
Upgrades and ongoing support
We assess existing audio systems for expansion, replacement equipment, streaming improvements and troubleshooting.
Where suitable, existing speakers and cabling can be retained. We welcome enquiries about systems installed by other companies.
