HOME OFFICES & VIDEO CONFERENCING

A better place to work. A clearer way to connect.

Your workspace should make it easy to get connected, join a call and focus on the task ahead. PSHA plans and installs the networking, audio-visual and electrical systems that support productive home offices.

We work across the Mornington Peninsula, Bayside and Melbourne, with suitable video-conferencing installations for home workspaces and small meeting rooms.

A reliable connection at your desk

We assess the internet connection, network equipment and coverage around the workspace. Options may include wired data points, improved Wi-Fi placement and suitable connections for computers, conferencing equipment and other devices.

Where appropriate, we can assess Starlink or links to a separate office building. Performance depends on the internet service, network design and conditions at the property.

Be seen and heard clearly

Camera position, screen placement, microphones and speakers all affect the experience of a video call. We select equipment around the room, the number of people using it and your preferred conferencing software.

The design may use a personal workstation setup or a suitable meeting-room system. Required computer connections and software compatibility are confirmed before equipment is specified.

Lighting and a considered installation

Good working light and controlled daylight help make the space more comfortable. We consider desk lighting, glare, window coverings, power and cable management alongside the screens and camera.

Where suitable, lighting and shading can form part of a simple work or meeting scene. Equipment is positioned for everyday use, with access retained for connections and servicing.

Small meeting rooms, made simpler

For a small office or meeting space, we can assess displays, shared audio, cameras and straightforward ways to connect a laptop. The scope follows the room size, seating arrangement and how your team holds meetings.

We coordinate with your IT provider where business networks, account administration or managed software are involved. Specialist acoustic treatment or workplace IT services can be identified separately where needed.

Set up, test and hand over

We install and configure the agreed equipment, test the nominated connections and demonstrate everyday operation. Existing equipment can be assessed for reuse where it suits the design.

Standalone workspace improvements and wider home integration are both welcome. Ongoing adjustments and servicing can be arranged as your needs change.

Plan your workspace
